As the top manager, he:

Is typically responsible for the entire operations of the company.
Implements decisions and initiatives and to maintain the smooth operation of the business, with the assistance of the management team.
Communicates with the boards of directors sales representatives, the management team and cooperate operations.

The Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O):

Oversees the daily operations of the company to meet the eterprise objectives and reports to the C.E.O.
Develops goals of the C.E.O and board of directors into strategies and operational objectives to be implemented throughout the company.
Outlines the vision and timeframe of goals to be met and ensures effective operational and financial procedures are in place.

The Chief Production Officer (C.P.O):

Oversees the entire manufacturing process and operation for supply from preparation to execution.
Has expertise in products related matters and oversees the maintenance of equipment and facilities, establishes workflow to maximize efficiency in manufacturing, direct workforce utilization and continuously monitors performance to ensure quality standards are met.
Provides data and forecasts for the C.E.O to calculate the success of production and how it affects other areas such as sales and marketing.

The Chief Finance Officer (C.F.O) deals with:

Fiscal activities in budgeting, reporting and auditing.
Assessing risks and opportunities for the company and helps in setting and tracking financial goals, objectives and budgets.
He is involved in ensuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors the company’s compliance with law and regulations.
